Hi, i’m MARIE!

I wanted to create something that encourages creativity so I started developing simple lessons in drawing and hand lettering and sharing these lessons allowed me to connect with other people all around the world. I discovered that this brought me the most joy.

I’m convinced that mini-artists (and even great artists) lie latent in many people and it gives me great pleasure to help people discover and hone their own talents.

I believe I was created to be an artist…

In 2018 I left my corporate job to pursue my goals of becoming a full time designer.

I launched my business Mylestone Paper and served the event industry creating custom designs for weddings, social and corporate events. I was thrilled to be “at work” every day – even though I was working at home with a messy bun and yoga pants!

The design business is a lot of hard work but also a lot of fun. And while I was designing my own business I discovered more about myself and what lights me up.

I love designing and I love sharing it with others!

Which brings us to Mylestone Creatives, the latest division of my company.

I love to teach people how to draw artwork that they LOVE and feel confident enough to put it on actual product for gifts and home goods.
